Hotel is in a commercial area so the lack of a restaurant is noticed, but the staff was friendly, rooms were updated and facility was clean. Maybe a list of local restaurants would be my only suggestion.

There are people hanging out everywhere in the lobby, people outside, smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone at all hours. The felt very creepy in there. Did not feel extremely safe even though the location was close to the bridge in Dartmouth. Would not recommend.

The hotel has no elevator which is difficult for travellers with luggages. Breakfast is fair and the room I stayed, the heater/AC control was broken so they tried to fix it and they taught me how to change the temperature in the main unit. The staff were all polite and kind and friendly. All in all I would say 3.5 out of 5 stars.
