No sleep with the racket from the next door for 254 dollars per night the place is a joke

Disappointed that some of the channels were not working and this was not mentioned at check-in. Staff were friendly but not helpful with the situation. They said it happens regularly.

Friendly staff. Go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Accommodated an early check in with ease. Clean rooms. Stayed here multiple times. Would stay again without hesitation.

I received a call two days before my arrival indicating that my room would not be ready until five. They offered to put me in a different room that will be ready at 3 PM. I accepted. When I showed up my room was not ready until 5 o’clock.

Did not have breakfast . Slept in .😁

The duvet cover, sheets and towels all looked worn with some stains. They need to replace all of them. No amenities but itbis pet friendly so thats a bonus. An elevator would be great. I had to drag my luggage to the 2nd floor. Im a senior and was alone so itcwasnt eady gor me after a long day of travels. The staff were very kind and helpful however. Another bonus.

We were so bothered by barking dogs across the hall that we had to request and got another room in a different part of the facility. The staff handled the situation to our satisfaction.

Room are clean not bad shape . Mall across the street and restaurant as well . Front desk staff were helpfully and positive attitude. Was disappointed with the breakfast . Rude service in breakfast area
