No complaints. Staff was lovely. Room was clean.

Room was clean and fresh, bedding, towels and bathroom were also in excellent condition. Staff were excellent and helpful when asked about places to visit in the area, lots of parking

This is the worst experience I had with this hotel in my entire travel since 15 years. I booked this hotel thinking it would be great stay for my family with 2 year old daughter but it turned out to be the worst nightmare. The moment I entered the room the observations are as per below:- 1) Room was stinking like anything and it felt like that the room was not opened and cleaned since long. 2) Carpet in the room was so dirty that it almost felt it had never been vaccummed. 3) The room had spiders 4) The bed sheet had hairs on it and it looked like those hairs were from some sort of pet as it was a pet friendly hotel. When told about this to the front desk reception, she kept on saying that they just cleaned the room like 10 minutes ago which was a big lie. She told me to open the windows for the stinky smell in the room. I asked her to change my room or give me a cleaner room for which she denied upfront on the face. We were travelling to Tobermory and was expected to come back late evening and she said she cant do anything. I have all the pictures to support my review. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not even spent 20 minutes in the room and I booked another great property - Best Western on the Bay which had great clean rooms with amazing view on the lakefront. I paid $300 for this dirty room. Thia room is not even worth of $50. If someone wants to get a skin problem their rooms are best for that.

The stay at the comfort inn in Owen Sound was superb. We had a lovely breakfast after a very sound sleep. Will come again. Jim & Sandy Martin Bracebridge.

Our stay with our dog was smooth and enjoyable. We had wonderful and helpful staff and the room was clean and had a comfy bed! The ground floor walk out was perfect for travelling with a dog.

Smoke free Room was a literal real life ashtray. Last room available, so no choice to try another room. Absolutely horrible

Clean, comfortable, free breakfast hours need improvement - missed both mornings as woke up too late.

It was clean but dated.

Rooms were very clean, adequately furnished and equipped with microwave, coffee maker & fridge. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast was typical of a budget hotel with a variety of cereals breads, bagels with marmalade, jams, peanut butter, cold juices and yogurts. Hot buffet was fresh but I have to say unappealing to look at, eggs and what appeared to be sausage. Overall, the Breakfast was adequate to start the day and the stay was comfortable.

Smoking area was directly outside our room and when heat came on, the fan brought the smell of cigarettes into our room. Room was dark, especially the washroom

The staff who checked us in called Lisa was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond. We were travelling with a baby and she was amazing
