Front desk people always very friendly. Room was very clean

Renovating the top floors. Keeping the rest of the hotel full of debris and dust everywhere. Rooms outdated and filthy carpets. Smell horrible inside the room. Small tiny pillows so uncomfortable to sleep. All outlets for cell phone charge were not working inside the room. Area around hotel was not safe and just ugly.

The hotel was undergoing remodeling but the staff was friendly and breakfast was good as usual.

Really poor hotel. Avoid. Rooms look nothing like the real thing.

We arrived at the hotel & realized they were renovating the place & was not too happy about that. There was a note at the front desk saying from 7:00 am -7:00 pm there would be some noise, due to the renovating. I wish that the website would have let us know in advance. It is just 5 minutes from the Maverick Center & there’s a restaurant right in the parking lot! We stayed one night & didn’t hear too much noise.

I like this place, clean

The hotel was under major remodel which was not disclosed through the hotels.com platform. This was an issue with my son’s medical condition and I would’ve liked to know before I chose to stay here. The rate was as high as other much nicer properties around town that were not under remodel. We asked for two extra pillows and were told they have no extra in the hotel due to the remodel. So we had to go buy extra ourselves. I asked to have our room serviced the second day just for towels to be exchanged and we got back to the hotel after 10 hours of Dr appts at Children’s Primary to find it hadn’t been done. It was just not a great experience. We will have to be back in SLC regularly for the dr and will find accommodations somewhere else.

Everything was clean and in great condition except the carpet was not clean. Very stained and felt dirty to the touch. Had a nice breakfast.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this hotel.

The staff were all friendly, the breakfast was great, the pool was nice, the floors inside the rooms were pretty gross, but outside of that the room was good.

Great place to stay. Easy to get to.

Check out time is 11:00am, I asked for Noon check out, they said no problem. I appreciated that. The room was average, the wall mount air conditioner was louder than most, and had intermittently even louder noise through out the night. This hotel allows pets, I'm allergic to dogs/cats and had allergy symptoms when in the room.

I liked my room was available upon checking in earlier especially knowing I have 2 children who are tired and restless.

Front desk staff great, breakfast was great Pool and parking Bigger pillows would be great

It a great place

Everything was perfect! We lived the fresh baked cookies and water. Our large group partied in the lounge area until late and that was a nice perk! But whats with the one ply cheap toilet paper? That is disappointing.

Good breakfast and quiet area.
