Room felt small without a comfortable chair to sit. You are either sitting on the bed or at the desk. Rooms weren't particularly sound proof as I could hear right thru the wall (although I couldn't hear any highway noise). Very convenient location. Very clean and pleasant staff.

The stay was easy, check in was a breeze, staff was friendly. Parking was simple but there weren't alot of extra spaces so we had to park in a electric car space. Breakfast was well stocked and the room was comfortable and clean.

The pull out couches in the king rooms could use a serious mattress upgrade!! I could count the spring with my hip.

The walls are extremely thin! There was a party in the room next to us that was so loud we ended up having to switch rooms at 230am. Very disappointed with that.

Clean rooms, excellent service. Just wish the electric chargers had been shovelled out. One of the front desk staff did shovel it out on our second night. I appreciate she did this!

My stay was absolutely astonishing. The staff was very helpgul and kind. We had a problem with something in our room and the front desk person, Jess, helps us out. She was super friendly and very professional. I would definetly rscommend this hotel for any stay.

Staff was courteous moved us to room on main floor for easier access. Very welcoming lobby all decorated for the holiday season.
