Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Location is excellent. Not too close to the city but close enough. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location and clean rooms with a continental breakfast included. A bit of trouble with the cooling in the room but otherwise all was good.

It was a good stay. Breakfast could be better for the price.

The bath fan is a bit noisy like the range hood in the kitchen. Trash can is too small and is always full in the breakfast room.

Convenience to visit the shopping and restaurants

The decor was unique. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast.

Limited parking, clean rooms, ok breakfast

There is currently construction directly across the street. I don’t know why it was allowed to continue on throughout the night, but it did. A horrible sleep and when Expedia called the hotel staff to ask for compensation, none was offered. There was no warning of the construction and my room was facing the construction.

Ac would not work

Breakfast was great and started nice and early. Staff was quite amiable when checking in - room was super clean and the ac was fantastic

Left something in my room and when I called a few days later they didn’t have it so house cleaning threw it out or kept it

No hot water and ZERO offer of compensation. I stay at hotels for a comfy bed and a hot shower, they should have offered a partial refund or future voucher.

Great clean hotel and free parking. Breakfast is average it would be nice to have waffle/pancake option or even scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon. The rooms were a good size. Recycling options in the room should be implemented to decrease waste.

The hotel was a nice and cozy. It is in a non-busy area of Toronto but still driving distance within other areas. The place was not so bad.
