Best Breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff

Everything was great. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Clean well managed place. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again if I was in the area again.

The doors to the room were really hard to push open, and there are huge gaps all the way around. Toilet ran off and on.

Clean. Good quality for price. Breakfast is fair.

The property was okay, it is just older and it shows. The free breakfast was limited. The eggs were very dry. The sausage was very overcooked. The muffins were dry. I was just glad I wasn’t really hungry. I felt bad for my husband, because he was hungry and he was very disappointed with his options.

This is a newly renovated hotel: new carpet, fresh paint and some new fuer. The price was good. We paid a little extra for the in-room jet tub. It was dirty! The jets were blackish and there was hair and debris in it! Not happy about that.

We enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was empty, but we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub in our room that was dated but worked. We live a few minutes from the hotel, so it was a little stay cation for my daughter and i. We planned on binge watching Netflix, but unfortunately the tv was too old to allow us to log into anything other than the basic dish they provided. We actually left and brought a tv and Playstation from home, so we could log into Netflix. The hotel in general was just a little dated, and there were stains on the bedding topper, and could've have been more detail paid to cleaning in general. The ac worked great, so thats always a plus.The breakfast options were very very limited, so that was a little disappointing. The man at the front desk was definitely not a people person. At the end of the day, we made the best of it, and had a good time. If you are just traveling through and just need a place to sleep, it's not bad.

Internet sign-in was confusing, but got it. Side door on south side seemed not to lock at all but later did.

There were no USB charging ports in the room!

Beds were comfy and the room was clean. I wish breakfast went a little longer than 9 am.

For the price it was fine. The WiFi worked well in my room, and I had to work and lead a meeting, so that was good. The breakfast was ok, some hot options but the egg patties seemed processed. Styrofoam plate ware. Again, for the price I would stay here again. Room was comfortable, they use those tiny pillows which just aren’t as comfortable. The desk setup was comfortable. Pool was open, spa is closed and not advertised as open, so that was expected. Felt safe walking to various restaurants nearby, so that was nice! Close to the Boyd state park & lake (expect detours in Aug 2025).

Entire room did not seem cleaned. Bathroom had others hair all over in the shower, the soap bar had already been used and was placed back into bag. There were 2 bugs in the beds. Heads up, it’s also $100/night incidental.

It’s your normal hotel and friendly staff, but I experienced two problems. The toilet was broken and spraying everywhere and I’m not sure how much chlorine is in their pool but wear goggles or else your eyes will burn the rest of the night. Other than that great place to stay.

Pool was under construction - not noted on website. Room was clean but dated. Lamps with LAN connectors. Lobby had absolutely no furniture.

Standard deduction for eco-unfriendliness applies (breakfast all plastic), but that's to be expected in this range. The rooms were clean, we stayed for 2 days and towels and everything were renewed, very considerate. Bagels and hot sauce would have been nice additions, but really, no serious complaints. We stayed here to go to the National Park, left at 7 am and made it in without reservation needed. Recommend.

Stayed a week, the hotel is near downtown, Walmart and Sams. We skipped breakfast at the hotel and drove to Fort Collins to eat at the Breakfast Club. Safe place, we have no negative comments.
