Our reservation hadn't processed when we arrived after a long day leaving us waiting in the lobby with tired kids for 20 mins. Charged for carpark the next morning having not been pre advised of a charge. Meat at breakfast was awful. Very disappointing stay

The staff were amazing especially the manager she was right on top of everything very helpful very child friendly hotel and food was really good would definitely stay again constructive feedback drinks fridges in rooms would be V an added bonus but couldn’t fault our stay

Very clean hotel, well situated for a visit to Legoland.

We visited for our youngests daughters 5th birthdya trip to Legoland. The hotel was brilliant in location and the staff couldn't have been more lovely/helpful the entire stay. I emailed the night before our visit to ask if they might be abke to pop a birthday message in the room. They went abjve and beyond and blew up balloons and wrote a birthday card and laid out chocolates on the bed on a smiky face shape. So kind! Sana at breakfast and in the restaraunt was particularly lovely and caring/helpful. As were the reception ladies giving the children activities to do and the prize was HI money to hand over at the bad for some sweeties. Everyone at the hotel were wonderful. The only exception being a male bar man who was rude and unhelpful but when another staff memeber noticed, she continued the amazing level of customer service and kindness on his behlaf. Wonderful hotel. Shout out to Sana! Lovely stay! Thank you! :D

There were a couple negatives to note about this accommodation, 1) we found some carpet beetles in our room, they can be an hitchhiking pest, and they're often a sign that carpets aren't vacuumed well enough. 2) there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. 3) the air conditioner didn't work, and the duvet was quite heavy so it was too warm at night.

Room 303 was right next to the lifts so noisy until last person in their room at night. Hotel is a bit is tired and needs updating. Staff are friendly, although the chap on reception did forget to order out taxi, we jad allowed enough time, so no problem on this occasion.

A friendly, clean hotel. A nice comfortable room with all we needed.

We booked a family room with 2 double beds. Both were somehow broken as we kept sliding towards the middle on both of them and they were squeaking and squealing with every move. The children were very uncomfortable as well and we all had a terrible sleep waking up with a nasty back pain. The only 2 chairs in the room were both broken and filled with stains and looked very dirty overall. The room was dull, outdated and in desperate need of a deep clean. Breakfast was very disappointing as well, with powdered scrambled eggs served instead of real eggs, sausages that didn’t taste of either pork or chicken and a very dull, bitter coffee to top your morning off. Only 2 disabled allocated parking spots in the entire parking lot (which were obviously taken when we got there) I would definitely avoid this hotel in the future in case we are thinking of returning to Legoland.

Rooms were reasonable and had all amenities needed. Bed was awful, so uncomfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Central Hotel nice staff room clean and food in restaurant good. Could have done with paper menus though. Breakfast good

It’s a great place for parents and children, lovely atmosphere and staff are very helpful and make sure the stay was enjoyable for us and the kids.
