Bar hasn't reopened since Covid, constant renovations to the rest of the hotel, will be better when that's finished. Staff is very helpful and very professional. It's a place to stay, would be perfect for a sports team tournament stay.

Rooms nice and clean and comfy. Could maybe use some work on ceiling. Beds and pillows super comfy. Breakfast was decent and tasty

Customer service is not good, i asked to check in early on April 7 midnight around 12 to 1 and they agree. When i arrived that told me to pay extra money ect. I dont recommand to book this hotel also the service is not good terrible.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The facility was quiet. In general, it was quite clean, and in good repair, but there was paint peeling above the bathtub, and I don't believe that the fan was working. The breakfast was very good, and the person who was looking after the breakfast room was extremely attentive, and very friendly to talk to.

Great spot to enjoy a comfortable room to relax. Has all the amenities you need as well as a sauna. This is always my choice while I am in Owen Sound.

It's too bad because it is a nice hotel, but I was put in a room in a hall with kids from a hockey team and they were running up and down the halls late at night, and someone even banged on my door, I was terrified. The kids were loud and didn't care, where were the parents? They obviously didn't care either. I complained to the front desk and no refund for that night, and I complained to Expedia and no refund either. I will never stay here again.

Close to all amenities, staff friendly and room clean and comfortable

Relaxing atmosphere and excellent staff.

We reserved one room through Expedia and somehow two rooms were booked and charged to our card. On arrival the staff at the Quality Inn confirmed the double booking but said they couldn't cancel the second one. First time using Expedia and definitely not impressed!

Nice to snowmobile in and out of.

Very warm and comfortable , breakfast was very good.

The staff were great. The hotel is aged with pealing wallpaper and damaged drywall. There was in sufficient parking with the snowmobiles taking all the spots.

Convenience

We were quite disappointed after booking a room with a king bed, and calling to make sure one was available, to be given a room with 2 doubles and being told that we couldn’t get a king. The room was updated but quite dirty, with dust balls hanging off the wallpaper. The breakfast was excellent, as was the pool.
