Very basic hotel. Nothing to be excited for, but I guess this is what you pay for.

Clean, good parking, Staff was kind and helpful. I like the hardwood floors vs carpet.

Thanking this property for making a switch in my dates due to a family emergency! Would give it a thumbs up! One thing I would change is the breakfast hours, ends 9am. We arrived at 8:40, and lots of people entered after us and everything was picked over and not replenished!

Room was nice, clean and properly serviced. Checkin\checkout was seamless and staff was great. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options. Overall a good stay and would consider going back.

The room is basic (which is fine), but it was not clean, dusty, and felt quite dingy. Staff were friendly. The photos on the web are not representative of the room. Breakfast was fine.

Too much cigarette smoke in the room, we noticed weed as well, we couldn't sleep well

There was a cockroach in my heavily perfumed room. The hotel refused to take any type of accountability (other than some free kitkats). Its been a nightmare dealing with them. I would never stay here. Im sure its comfortable if you dont mind sleeping with bugs. Theres a long story that leads to management continuing to deny responsibility. This should be a "by the hour" motel.

For 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, there was a party of kids in the hallway. We had to call the office to get the noise level down. This was near midnight. Then the following night again another gang in the hallway. They said that they called the Parents to have the kids go back into their rooms. This did Not work and we had to call a 2nd time. This hotel does not have locked doors to the rooms. Anybody can walk in. Only the rooms require a pass card. We are both exhausted from our stay. I don't understand how they don't have better control of the hotel. Extremely disappointing experience. All we got from the front deas was oh, sorry.

Coffee pots not enough for 2 adults, there was only one caffeinated and one decaff. Toilet papers not enogh for 2 adults and one kid. Didn’t want ti ask for more. There was no coffee machine in hallways although it was mentioned on google comments. Room was much simpler that shat was on google pictures. Clean room. Clean bath tub and toilet. Good ev car charger. Not had breakfast yet.

Staff is kind n courteous, rooms are okay. Need to walk from stay to reception for breakfast n all which is not feasible in winters. No good options in Breakfast, quality is quite okay. Does not get refill easily. Rates were comparatively high per hotel condition n due to festive season. Thanks to the staff who are doing their best to maintain it. Not happy with amenities and hotel facility. There are no rooms as per pictures so dont book just getting fascinated with king size room pictures..
