Heaters very noisy difficult to sleep, no hot water to have a shower in the morning. The main door open on the bottom to hallway light and noise could seen and heard. Windows streaked and dirty, old need to be replaced. No curtains on windows.

Verty clean hotel, with a very helpful friendly staff. Very good hot breakfast in morning

The hotel was not clean, sheets were used, hair in the tub and sink, floor needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was rough looking, i chose not to eat it. But most importantly, the room had no hot water. I advised the front desk on check out and he said "ahh yes you have to run it for 30 mins first" so guess this is a known issue.

The pool was out of maintenance and there was no warning the email neglected to say it was the pool area that was wasn’t available. The room was advertised as a suite, that sleeps 3. Was just a room with a half kitchen and a chair. There was a rotton apple and other food under the chair, my child discovered. The staff were amazing tho, did their best to accommodate us with a cot. As frequents, this our worst experience here yet.

Maintenance guy only able to retrieve 1 TV channel, not the one we wanted. Tv in our adjacent room has no remote and doesn’t come on. Very disappointing as we wanted to watch the hockey playoffs.

No warning about the pool being out of service. Main reason we stayed there was for the pool for the kids

Property is like lipstick on a pig. New paint and a mostly renovated bathroom. Room was not cleaned properly. Toilet wasn’t even flushed. Bed was made and the garbage was emptied but the floor was not vacuumed and bathtub still had soap scum. Toiletries were empty and obviously re-used. Reception was friendly but no other staff would even look at you. Driveway is full of potholes.

Got there and the fridge absolutely reaked like an animal crawled in there and died. Bath didn't run, only the shower which was very inconvenient for having kids there. We stayed for 3 nights and only on the 3rd night of complaining did they finally switch us to a new room that wasn't much better than the previous one. We definitely won't be staying here again. Awful. Surprised if this hotel passes it's next inspection. The staff were great though. Just the hotel itself that needs a serious renovation and upgrade.

The first room we were given had no hot water. No additional pillows or blankets in the room. The pool was closed and supposedly been closed for months now. Not worth the price. But it was clean and breakfast wasn’t bad

This is a you get what you pay for. Its cheap and the hotel is nothing fancy. During our stay the whole pool area was closed because the celing was leaking. The rooms and facilities were clean, which was nice. Breakfast was your average hotel Breakfast but good. The parking lot is full of holes everywhere. There was a hockey tram staying so there were kids running up and down the hall. Worst was no where advertised or in communication does it say that the hotel ONLY takes credit card payments or that there is a $250 deposit.

Room was not cleaned well when we got there. Stuff on the floor and the tv remote was sticky. We had to clean it. Toilet would not stop running, and if the shower worked, the water was either super hot or super cold. Breakfast was very cold and didn’t taste very good.

The linen was thin. The carpet seemed dusty. The staff were pleasant and efficient

The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Older property but well cared for.
