Save your money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place sucks so bad. They have roaches, stains on sheets, no hot water, staff will rip you off and take your deposit for made up excuses for why. Parking area very unsafe HOMELESS PEOPLE BEGGING and if tell them no become aggressive. DONT GO SAVE YOUR MONEY

Best hotel for for the $...always

They wanted to charge me $250 for my service animal. Woman who claims to be a manager over 20 years named "Sally", no last name, stated that if my face with make-up was on her pillow she would charge me $50. She was trying to be intimidating. As i sat in ny car to process my experience, I went back to cancel my booking, she then trued to say in front of her co worker that she was not the one to check me in. I let her know that i was recording our conversation for my protection. I ended up leaving and drove home extremely tired. Never will i return to that horrifying experience.

No Coffee machine

Staff was rude and ended call when needed to communicate to stay an extra night. Once guests arrived to hotel staff proceeded to cuss out and left property because of misunderstandings. Property had no staff for an hour because of this event.

Nice place, nice staff, clean

Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had. They didn’t even attempt to clean. The staff was also rude & didn’t have anything extra! It wasn’t even a “get what you paid for” situation. They told me they’d give me my money back after checking out early but they lied.

Overall the property was decent but I rated as a 3 star because of the location and the seedy people that came around it made me feel very uncomfortable. The rooms were old but furnished and decorated decent. Bathroom was clean but tired looking. Hot water was good in the shower, the beds had nice sheets and covers but didn’t look fresh. This was a basic hotel that servers the purpose of providing a place to sleep for the night.

It was just your average hotel.

They charged us an extra $250 and then kicked us out for having a second, non esa certified dog. We have not been refunded any of the money paid, despite only spending 1 night at a hotel we paid for 5 nights

Decent place. Good value

Was filthy dirty, walls needed to be painted to at least cover up all the dirt. My dog pulled out 2 dirty socks from under the bed. Also found $.22 cents on the floor.
