People that complains with free breakfast must feast at the comfort of their $0/night hotel rooms. This is delish.

Excellent customer service

We had a wonderful stay at the Baymont Hotel in Iron Mountain. I would say the best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Both Preti and Ruby went out of their way to help us by making sure we had everything we need at breakfast. They also kept checking on us. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. We slept well because it was real quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Building as a whole was very warm since it was hot outside. Overall, it was fine.

Great value. A little short staffed in my opinion. One person doing too many things at once. Awesome attitude though. Didnt show that they were frazzeled. Although itbwas obvious.

I loved the location. Although the building is older, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is close to Super One Foods and Walmart and was ideal for my stay during the week.

Breakfast with biscuits and gravy wasn't very hot. No fresh fruit or yogurt. very meh

Was ok. Tv was working in our room. Breakfast was not good, fee items had mold on them so we just left.

Hotel was good for one night. It does have some updates but it's an old hotel so don't expect it to be perfect. The guy at the front desk was very friendly.

Wonderful staff, nice hotel and good breakfast

I needed a one-night stay while taking care of family business. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness I experienced at this hotel, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with options that included even waffles and biscuits & gravy included - all for a very reasonable price!

Desk clerk was amazing. Breakfast was a little sparce.No hot tub.

Always a have a great day. Very helpful. I will always come here if I come threw here again. Will recommend to anyone and everyone who is traveling here.
