Very quiet location and good Leisure facilities

No evening meal or food available

Lovely place but no beer in the bar and neither was the restaurant open in the evening

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is lovely but the grounds could do with a bit of love and attention.

No bar and restaurant which was advised after booking but before check in. Tv not working (despite looking brand new), phone in room not working, WiFi terrible but a lovely setting. Just felt a bit odd with no amenities. Just ordered a food delivery and had an early night… wish I’d taken a book to read!

The hotel had a very strange atmosphere, almost like it had been abandoned. There were only standard TV channels in the rooms, the pillows are too big. It's very dated. Used the Spa area but had to buy a padlock for the locker.

Everywhere seemed clean and tidy on the inside however the rooms and the pool not as per the photos

Great value. Staff nice and clean hotel. Just what we needed.

Our stay at Brandon hall was amazing. Staff was amazing. Manager was very good to us. Definitely will book again. Room was clean and tidy.
