Very nice property with spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, on site restaurant with very good food. Right near city center, easy to get to and parking next to the hotel in the bus station.

What a clean and modern room. Excellent customer service and peaceful room, despite the door which leads into the room next door! I get it, but perhaps these rooms need a rethink of other audible privacy.

Nothing to get excited about, but if you *have* to stay in Preston, you might as well stay here. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable and the midday checkout time was appreciated.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
