Amazing Front desk staff, friendly and professional.

Had trouble finding it due to I-10 construction. So, we came in really late. Front desk was really nice and gave us a room close to the elevator for my 85-year-old Dad's convenience.

This property is being renovated. Our room was new. Very good

The elevator didn’t work. No cleaning in the rooms.

Not what the pictures showed this place is run down nasty old and has a weird odor rooms are decent size terrible water pressure toilet didn't work not what I expected from a Marriot hotel never will stay in crap hole like this again elevator kept going out the poor front desk person had to stay by the elevator room on level 1 to keep resetting the elevator

Beds were pretty comfortable- bathroom was not extremely clean. Also the air conditioner was very loud and rattling all night

Dirty underwear & another garment found behind table. One bed had a stain on the white sheet. Lady from front desk brought us a clean sheet and gathered the dirty underwear. I was told to leave the dirty sheet outside my door and she would get it later. When we checked out the next day the sheet was still by the front door. The price I paid was way to high for the hotel being gross. We will not be staying there again.

Wish the ice machines would have been working on all floors a little inconvenient to go to other floors.

Staff did not change the dirty towels we let on the floor. Thieves were stealing Cadillac converters off vehicles in the parking lot need to hire security service. Next tournament we will be staying somewhere else.

Nice clean hotel with very helpful staff

Really was impressed that they had tea tree Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.
