The hotel is definitely showing its age with outdated decor. The night manager, Shan Digby, was rude and less than accommodating. I booked two rooms, one with six people and one with five people ( 2 adults and 9 children) all documented through the website. He refused to provide enough towels for the rooms and had an attitude when I referred to the booking data. In addition, neither of my two room contained the bedding for the sofa beds which I had to
