Good

I would not stay at this property again. Too noisy. Safe was not operable. No where to get snacks etc. Gift shop closed.

Other than the fact they tried to charge me an early check out fee when I checked out @ 6:30 AM on the FINAL day of my reservation, great experience.

Front desk staff Sadaf was not friendly Disappointed there is no hot tub! Bathroom too small TV not a lot of options.. very disappointing.

10mins MAX from Pearson airport Staff was okay, not too friendly Good airport shuttle service Restaurant onsite however, there’s places to eat literally across the street. I had a queen bed room, big enough for 4 people to myself, microwave & fridge in room too

It's a newish hotel from inside, very clean and welcoming environment. The only thing i didn't like is that we have to pay 16$ extra for car parking. Overall great place to stay , very close to airport.

Everything was good

My initial impression of this hotel wasn't too great since when I called the hotel for the shuttle from the airport, there was no fixed schedule provided as they mentioned on the website. Two of the employees were yelling through the phone, which made it harder to understand what they were trying to convey. I ended up grabbing an Uber from the airport. However, once I got to the hotel to check in, the service was great. Everyone at the front desk was kind and understanding, and I even got a free chocolate chip cookie for some reason. The room was clean and well maintained with necessary amenities like soaps and water. Breakfast bar was pretty decent with a variety of options and an omelette bar. From the hotel to the airport, there was a fixed schedule for the shuttle which made it easier for me to get back to the airport without spending a small fortune on Uber. Overall, I had a great stay.

Hotel location & amenities were really good. The staff was professional and friendly. What I didn't like, I was supposed to pay at the property but the hotel took a payment from my credit card a day before. Since I used a different card at the day of arriving at the property, the hotel held to 2 charges on my credit cards. I was confused why the took a payment (they say hold) from credit card day before I was at the property.

It is a very clean hotel, staff are very friendly and accommodating, house keeping staff are easy to talk with. Quiet place to stay and convenient for everything. Close to Airport too.

The bathroom was infested with ants. I notified management and was only given an apology and 10% reimbursement on our room.
