The Suite was very clean and comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. First time I stayed at a hotel where they ask me if I needed anything every day. The breakfast was great and Wednesday night there was a social gathering for guest to meet more and have a meal. I was impressed the in the pool area there is help for the disabled to be lifted into the pool. It was just a great place and walking distance to the Mall of America.

I wouldn't change a thing! The entire property was spotless! Food was delicious and the best part was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were able to walk right across the street to the Mall of America.

Parking was easy but not free ($15/day) found out afterwards. Shuttle to airport was not available during evening hours or early morning but was easy enough to get to airport with a few turns. Also found out after booking. The property was great and very accessible for the Mall of America via a skywalk. Had to book due to flight delays and last minute. We would definitely stay again and recommend breakfast great!

Front desk called our room after we were asleep. Very anxious. Something left in our room and hotel staff wanted it. When I questioned it, staff said she was coming immediately to search. I found an item in the cupboard, which I gave to her to keep her out. I should not have to let staff in my room in the middle of the night for no explanation. She was very anxious and confrontational. Very unsettling experience.

The people were great, the breakfasts were awesome. We had a first floor room and the carpet next to the AC unit was wet on both sides. We had some clothes laying there and they were soaked through.

This Homewood Suites is way overdue for an update on their rooms, lobby entry, carpet and in room furniture. They only use “Double” beds which is a “Full” sized bed to the rest of the world. The pullout sofa looked like it had been in that room since the 1990s. I would be embarrassed to have some sit on it. The room is small compared to another Homewood Suites just 15 minutes away. They need to discard the in room entertainment. I have a mentally disabled daughter who knows how to operate a TV remote and she mistakenly ordered a movie. It is very easy to do and anyone could easily order one when they don’t intend to. The breakfast was subpar and looked like an afterthought for the owner. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful when I had an issue. They went out of their way to try to fix my problem.

We had to pay $15 for parking and the hotel was full so when we went for breakfast everything was gone and there was a very long line for the waffles, so we went across the parking lot to Ihop. They need to invest in new pillows. Great customer service.

We had a great time at the pool. The breakfast had variety of items to choose from. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for parking when I checked in at 10pm.the associate that worked sat June 14 in the afternoon was absolutely amazing

Fantastic stay with my kids. Close to so many fun things to do, clean, comfy, great breakfasts, kind and helpful staff. Best of all, we could come and go easily and use ut like a home base. Nice kitchenette area in room.

Staff were kind. Breakfast was very great - gar better than expectations. Pulled.pork breakfast bowls?! But the beds were very uncomfortable, rooms had a smell amd were outdated, lots of noise in hallways kept us from sleeping. Needs bed upgrades for sure!

Only Thing I Didn’t like was the shuttle stopped running at 930 pm from the airport
