Hotel was great. Parking garage undergoing renovation looked like a war zone. Excessive parking fees.

Went for a festival and it was perfect walking distance to the park and the cleaning staff was amazing

Parking garage was a hot mess. No signage in hotel directing guests to garage.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that I could hear the plumbing running all night, it sounded like my toilet was running and i could hear flushing sounds from other rooms through the pipes. Not sure if it was because I was in a corner room though. Otherwise, wonderful stay. Great location.

The staff were friendly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and temperature controls seemed to be broken.

This area was a bit down trodden didn't feel safe at night.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to see within walking distance. The hotel staff would not call a taxi company to book transportation to the airport. I found this unusual

Room was not ready and it was after 3pm when check in is at 3pm. Parking is inconvenient, having to get a ticket each time you come in and get the ticket stamped each time. Had trouble getting a spot and into the garage when there was an event at the XL center.

Stay was great. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

It was a good stay but there was no body lotion in bathroom. The dining was super limited and very little for vegetarians.

Area under construction hard to navigate by car. Easier to walk around.

Everything was great and comfy. Only complaint was the shower there were still a few pubes on the floor and walls of the shower so makes me curious how well it was cleaned. Overall would stay again. Extremely friendly staff

Safe clean and walking distance from dining locations

Great location but hours for dining area in lounge were not correct. Pool was closed unexpectedly without notice.

Everything was fine. Stayed due to concert at the XL Center. Was excellent that you can enter the XL Center from the hotel. No need to go outside. Parking was $19 that hotel had stamp parking ticket or else it would’ve been per hour. The only thing was our shower curtain was not long enough for the shower rod (length wise) also we couldn’t figure out the heat. Felt like the temperature stayed on cool even though we turned it up. Not sure if something was wrong with it. But we only stayed for the night of the concert so we didn’t complain. Overall would definitely stay again.

The cookies were delicious. The hotel itself was very clean and conveniently located.
