The so called family room doesn’t exist and they wanted to charge me extra. Thank goodness staff was understandable and didn’t charge me. Overall the hotel was not bad, bit older that I expected. Walkable distance to downtown and parking available were a plus.

A little dated, tired plumbing, and old carpet, but comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet.

Staff great customer service, very nice a pleasant hotel lots to do in the area.

I liked the breakfasts buffet

Great breakfast buffet. Perhaps the nicest staff of any hotel I have stayed in. Underground parking a big plus for us. Zacatecas is beautiful. Would stay here again.

the staff is great and the morning breakfast buffet is excellent

This is like the old Vegas hotels, buses in , buses out , the service was great and they were always nice ,what really impressed me was the next morning breakfast (inclusive) , a first class buffet that took away any doubts about staying here, bed was good but the a/c was too noisy for me . A short walk to the main plaza from here.

Overall a great exoerience. Breakfast makes it all Worth it. Service was Amazing . Gustavo (front desk)went far and beyond ,very nice and patient. I will definitely come back soon. It is located walking distance to downtown. Bus station to sombrerete and other historical places is located next door behind OXXO. Can't wait to come back.

The hotel room the air conditioning doesn’t work well was terrible

Service was excellent. Buffet was very good with a good selection of entrees. Will definitely stay again!

The bed was really nice and comfortable. The TV was very old and grainy.

Staff upon arrival was great but the room did not have a heater nor was there hot water in the morning to shower, when I checked out, I told the staff and I did not even get a SORRY.

Very friendly and accommodating hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. A little worn. Our second room was nicer than the first room. Close to the historic center, so walking:sightseeing was very easy. Safe. Kid friendly, do I would highly recommend this hotel for families. Good buffet meals that can be included in the cost of the room.
