Staff not cooperative

Good clean hotel with shuttle service for the airport. Every half hour on the hour.

It met my airport needs well.

It was just overall a very great stay. Will be staying here in the future.

Definitely Sheraton has a standard to maintain since high class people usually go there also this one is very close to airport so the stakes are even higher. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there it would have been nice if there was a free parking option for the guests. The property is in good condition however some minor repairs are required.

Convenient for the airport

We had a disastrous stay at this Sheraton hotel, and I would strongly advise against wasting your money. Our experience was marred by consistently rude, unfriendly, and impolite staff at both the front desk and in the Eclipse restaurant. In the restaurant, we waited for 20 minutes without even being served coffee. Our 5-year-old child was hungry, and despite requesting milk - a basic necessity - our request was ignored. What triggered us the most was seeing people who arrived after us being served and having their cups refilled while we were completely neglected. This blatant disregard for customer service led us to decide we'd had enough, and we left without further ado. When we complained to the hotel manager, the offer of a complimentary breakfast was a woefully inadequate response. We've read similar reviews from other guests about the staff's rudeness and disrespect, and it's clear this is a recurring issue. To make matters worse, the WiFi never worked, which was a significant inconvenience for me as I needed it for work. The hotel's surroundings are also a concern, with homeless people and drug addicts frequently loitering outside. While the bathrooms were clean, the furniture was old and chipping. The front desk staff's demeanor was particularly off-putting, with their cold, dead-eyed stares leaving a lasting impression. Given the subpar experience, it's astonishing to think this is a Sheraton property.

Everything was great. Shower needs maintenance. Faucet was a little loose, this would be an issue for a visitor.

Clean and good restaurant

I like the nearness to airport. I did not like - guest did not have choice of heat or air conditioning and also the iron did not work when I needed to use it

Need to wipe the area around the sink in room 1113. Sit on the toilet and look to your right. Needs to be wiped. Also had one regular coffee and 3 decafs. The opposite would be appreciated if travellers are getting up 4 in the morning.

It was perfect for our stay, however it was disappointing how costly the meals were from the in-hotel restaurant
