This is an older Hampton Inn property. Everything was sufficient, but my guess it will get an update in the near future. We had a late arrival, and it was difficult to find parking. Everything was clean, but just a bit older than expected.

We had a late checkin w no problems. AC worked great. Bed was very comfortable w lots of pillows. Breakfast was adequate w lots of choices.

Drove from Michigan, check in is at 3 pm . Desk was calling me at 7 to see if we were coming as we were walking into the hotel . He was pretty rude . The shower needed a good clean , also the shower faucet is on wrong . Also breakfast wasn’t all out when it was supposed to be

Terrible customer service by Alpesh Patel, the General Manager himself. Absolutely terrible customer service. Property below average condition. Blinds were inoperable, in the open position, with bare electrical wires exposed. Tv was worn out, picture was off. I’ll stay somewhere else next trip.

The hotel itself was clean, however, my room smelled pretty bad (as if there was a water leak that has been there for a while). There is nothing to walk to around the hotel but it is located a few minutes drive to the outlets where there are restaurants and shops.

The check in was a little slow. The bathroom had mold/mildew on the ceiling. When the maid cleaned the room she took the towels but didn’t give us clean ones. When I called to ask for towels they never brought them. The room was definitely worn down

Our trip started out horribly... the original hotel we booked for the weekend was shut down, of course this was AFTER the took $153 from my account! We were not allowed to get our room keys or go to our room. We werent even able to go into the lobby become they had all the doors locked & every light off! Crazy... that doesnt even begin to describe it! So, we HAD to get a room, AGAIN. And let me say, this Hampton Inn & Suites was amazing. I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk & she was also shocked & appalled by our earlier experience. She was sincere & went above & beyond to help us make our trip great, & she did! I will never again use expedia to book anything. From now on I'll book through y'all because of the kindness from this one lady at Hampton Inn & Suites. She made our horrible nightmare trip turn into the best time with my daughter...
