We booked a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip. The staff was amazing. The property was clean. The room was spacious. My only drawback was that it was Memorial Day weekend and it was a bit crowded and we couldn’t find space at the pool. We even tried to rent a cabana which was very expensive but they were all booked. Other than that. It was a great weekend.

My kids (age 12 & 13) loved the property and so did I! We would return for sure! The ONLY complaint I would have is that the housekeeping is mediocre at best. We didn't have conditioner the entire stay ( I travel with my own but kids would've used it), toilet paper had to be asked for to replenish..etc. The only thing it appeared they did each day was make the beds.

The hotel and areas are great , great outdoor and nice food . . Unfortunately our rooms were not made up on Sunday . We were out all morning and came back the housekeeping said she could do it now as we were entering room … I asked if she could wait a little but she said no they were going home …. I mean is a hotel

Nice pools & lazy river, room had wasps on balcony we could not fully enjoy sitting outside. They came and sprayed so that was good. Bathroom shower good but no way to adjust so sprays really hard. Causes bath floor to get soaked , water damage around doors rusty metal in bathroom, Our room service could have been better for such a pricy resort .. we barely got towels, room had dusty baseboards and you could hear clearly through the walls ..

We had a very nice time , everything was great . The only thing I would suggest is , getting some of the pool slide areas resurfaced . The stairs are extremely slippery , we saw multiple kids slip in that area . They have wet floor signs but that does not help . The the small slide to get off the landing pool needs some of the coating that slippery floor has . The kids had a tough time sliding off of it.

Food was sub par for the pricing. Pool was okay. Arcade was decent. Rooms were out dated and musty feeling and smelly. Bathrooms were clean. Far better options out there for the price they charge. Also disorganized staff. Paid all fees through Expedia minus the 75 incidentals and for some reason one of their staff were trying charge an extra 50? Asked the staff this morning about and they had no clue why I was being charged again.

Nice hotel surrounded by trees and a golf course, very relaxing area and family friendly. Food could be better, and staff more friendly. Overall a nice stay.

The pool was great and the cocktails were wonderful. Breakfast at Harrison's was wonderful. The only negative was house keeping didn't come up late the evening. I also ordered room service the first night. They forgot utensils, the drink, and had the wrong side dish. My server was salty about it. Also weird that the fitness center was in the conference area. Suits and sports bras😂

it was a beautiful property and all staff was friendly.

Really enjoyed the large resort. Running paths throughout the area were very safe. The Woodlands mall was bustling with people.
