Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean and looked as advertised.
Went down for breakfast.... limited choice and some of it was only warm even after watching come from the kitchen.
My biggest beef was during my 5:30 am checkout. I had to ask for a receipt. Compared my room charge to the Hotels.com email with my total price and they are not the same. The hotel charged me more and when questioned, the employee stood there and just looked at me, after showing my price from the internet. Who made the mistake - Hotels.com or the hotel? No time to argue, so I left. Will need a new app for finding hotels and I won't be back there.
