Tessa so friendly, and I am very happy with her kindness. Great place.

The staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located very close to St Mary's Cathedral, King's Cross Station and other busy places.

I think your hotel is not my favorite from second-staying I did. They tried to charge more money, standard or premium room is too big sh * diff (even though I got check-in on Dec 4 and other time 20 Jan). Same size room bookings but different level (room style/service/all).

Clean room and great location, easy to take public transport and nice coffee shop/restaurant ard the area.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the train station, Darlinghurst street is safe, near the old church and indeed this area is arguably oldtown sydniy. Near the clinic, cafe brunch, a little crossing is pizzahut, subway and others. It could be a reference when staying in aussie, I am family traveling with 3 guest rooms for 4 days, the rooms are comfortably complete there are refrigerators, strings, safety boxes, microwaves, TV and WiFi and others bathrooms there are bathtubs with showers, lack of room air conditioning sometimes it dies itself only needs to be reset. But the handling is fast so it's not a problem, the receptionist is friendly.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, right in the center, reasonable price.
