A very nice hotel in walking distance from the beach!

The hotel and room were in excellent condition. Clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Customer service was excellent.

It was a nice walk to the beach. We had a clogged toilet and it took them about 2 hours to get us a plunger to unclog it.

The rooms were filthy! the furniture was filthy, the bed and pull out bed was sooo uncomfortable. Upgrades on mattresses needed immediately! Spoke to other guests, they had the same complaints. Luckily i brought my own cleaning supplies so i was able to clean and sanitize our room. Check out worker was completely rude, seemed racist, did not even acknowledge my presence, I have NEVER been treated so rudely. Breakfast lady was soo kind, check in ladies were also very kind, however it does not make up for the filthy and uncomfortable room. Will never stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway. Definitely recommended.

Night front desk staff was grumpy, day and afternoon front desk staff was nice. Left my Kindle in my room at checkout and it disappeared. When we got home after checkout I realized and night staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Told me to call back in the am so I did and he was more helpful. Even let a friends check the room for me but it had already been cleaned and wasn't there.

Room had a smell. Carpet seemed dirty.

The staff was very welcoming. All details of the room, amenities, and free breakfast were explained to me so well, I had no questions to ask. Our room was clean and I even noticed that housekeeping came the next day, which does not happen at other hotels since COVID. This was a great place to stay and I definitely would recommend.

Entrance was being pressure washed when we arrived. Floor wet and wet floor signs. No hot water in lobby for tea. Not sure if there’s suppose to be coffee 24/7 but there wasn’t. TV in room didn’t work and tech was sent to room too approx an hour for them to fix the problem. Then realized for 3 people we had 1 towel. Pool looked to dirty to use.

Tv with remote did not work, asked for it to be fixed and never was. New towels and bedding not provided until last night.

bathroom could have been cleaner, front desk staff was nice. Sadly one of the women working the breakfast was rude when I asked her a question. No it wasn’t because of a language barrier because I am latina and so is she. I heard her speak spanish so I asked in spanish. She was not only rude to me but to my mother as well. Gave dirty looks. The food was also very mid. Basically severed the same thing the whole weekend. None of the food was like the ones in the pictures. Personally I booked it for the the rate and the included breakfast. I think i rather pay else where with nicer breakfast staff and better food even if it means spending more. Other than that decent hotel.

I don't normally write reviews but one is warranted here to alert others to avoid this property!!! The photos of the hotel are deceptive. The outdoor pergola was missing and outdoor furniture was shoddy and all the cushions were missing from the wicker seating. The pool was dirty and not heated as stated (which is why we chose this over an air BNB). My daughter and I got no sleep during our stay. The family in the room above us starting our 2nd night sounded like they were doing WWE wrestling and dropping bowling balls above our heads. This went on every day the entire week till at least 11pm and started before 6am. When I would knock on the ceiling they would mock me by pounding on the floor or slamming their doors repeatedly. I spoke to the front desk staff and managers every day. The managers told me they could not force them to move rooms. They offered to move me to another floor. I was there with my family and we had 3 rooms all next to each other so I was not going to move away from them nor should I have had to move. Every time I spoke with front desk staff, they told me the manager would call me. They never did. I had to follow up with them. My son also paid an upgraded fee for a suite so we'd all have a place to sit when hanging out at the hotel. There was no couch/pull out bed in the room. It was just a huge room with a bed in it. When we checked out the manager said she would ask Expedia to refund my son and I one night for our rooms. I have heard nothing.

the hotel entrance is fine but the room carpet looks really dirty

overall it was ok stay except for shower area (it's not bath tub standing shower and water was keep coming out of the shower area to the bathroom.

The room we had the first night did not smell good and there were stains on the headboard.

My family loved staying here. 10 minute walk to the beach and a benihana restaurant in the same parking lot making it a convenient dinner option

Property is clean, but definitely due for remodel. Could use some updating for what you charge.
