The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to all the places you will want to go and in a quiet back street. The staff were superb, always willing to help and providing us with our English breakfast tea when we needed it. Breakfast was nice too. Everything was clean and tidy.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff. Only thing we wish it had was conditioner for your hair. They only have shampoo. Maybe that is normal in Germany?

This hotel is very central which is why I chose it and it didn't disappoint. It is so close to the castle and Christmas markets that you definitely don't need a car, it is also a nice walk along the river to where the trails were held. The staff are great and extremely helpful even allowing us to check in early. The rooms have everything you need and are kept clean and tidy. I have recommended this hotel to clients as a must if you are in Nuremberg

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Parking in the garage was easy. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was fresh. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation. Very old and worn down, but the location was amazing and so was the staff.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Christmas market and close to many amenities. It was clean, but very, very small, and the bed was quite hard and the pillows lacked structure. The shower was OK, but there were burst of hot and cold water every few seconds.

Hotel is in a perfect location for proximity to Old Town, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was available. The room overall was a decent size but the bathroom was very small. The shower was tiny and difficult to get in and out.

The location is ideal if you want a quiet places and all the primary attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is typical basic German style. Hotel rooms are very basic as well and do not have a patio or deck like the photos imply. I will be be staying there again simply because the location and staff.

Great hotel very close to dining and tourist options. Few minutes walk from the castle. Good breakfast (terrible coffee - go to a take away cafe for that), clean room and bathroom, nice green view out window. Walls a bit thin is all I would say negative but all the other up sides make this place well worth it.

Beautiful hotel is central for walking to everything. Churches, shopping, Alfred Durer’s rabbit… a lot of things were closed due to renovations but the outside views are still amazing. Room was spacious and the shower pressure relaxing. Hotel has a downstairs bar and breakfast option.

Excellent location for walking old town area. The staff were very accommodating.

The location was even better than we had hoped. The hotel offers a bar that stays open later than the local bars, and the prices were beyond reasonable.
