I liked the wine and cheese reception

They had me at hello. We arrived 2 hours early after a grueling drive. We just wanted cool AC and to get prone for a few minutes. They had a couple rooms ready and immediately offered us one. The desk clerk also provided us with local discount coupons. This staff is simply superior they took great care of us during our stay. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful property with harbor views.

Stayed at the lower level and I would think the sliding doors would be secure since it’s down stairs and next to the street but the safety pin it has anyone can just open without. Sliding door is very old and with the original locks. Same thing with the AC. Bathroom feel small. Shower stalls are slim, not meant for tall people. Your elbows will hit the walls.

Beautifully renovated classic Oceanside hotel. Nicely heated pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was a nice touch for the price point.

Didnt end up stayinh the night as room was in poor condition and beds were not comfortable. Overall just a motel quality hotel. Not the cleanest property and id say more a 2 star hotel. Worse than in the pictures. Ended up going to another hotel down the street.

Great location. Right across from the beach. Very nice continental breakfast. Provided a variety of breakfast items. Location is unbeatable.

I just stayed here with my kids and we had the best time. The room was amazing and kept clean. The location of the hotel was perfect and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and wine & cheese.

There is NO room cleaning at this hotel. Just a heads up. Very basic facility. Breakfast is very very basic and minimum.

Location was perfect! Beautiful grounds with flowers, trees, etc. Extremely gracious and helpful staff!!!!! Will gladly stay again if in the area. Abundunt hot water. Simple but delicious breakfast and wine and cheese hour.

Great place to stay. Room was spacious and comfortable while bathroom was a little small but overall ok. Mattress was ok. Breakfast option was perfect for our family and location was great. Would stay here again.

Fabulous staff that remember me. Fun to meet new people at the pool with the free wine and cheese happy hour. Love the small boutique feel to this hotel!

Great location for a stay in SB. We walked everywhere (other than the day we were picked up to bike ride through nearby Santa Ynez Valley for wine tasting). Breakfast and wine and cheese happy hour included. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved how many rooms had outdoor seating to relax on property. Pool area was nice with ample seating as well.

Good location

Made reservations online and arrived 40 minutes later. Clerk was prepping reservation as we walked in. We had been at the airport for 12 hours and had flight cancelled. He went and got us a glass of wine, even though happy hour was over. It was the first nice thing that had happened since 6:45am!!!

This hotel is conveniently situated, near restaurants, safe and quiet. Rooms are clean and members of staff and management are super helpful.

Me and my husband loved it. The only issue I saw is the smoke that was probably coming from the boat port that was access the hotel
