The room what just what we needed and really clean! Close to the beach and promenade and pier, with in walking distance to quite a bit! Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice of both cold and hot! It was delicious! Staff were so helpful and friendly! We parked on the sea front, was a good price and easy to park, which made the stay easier!

Had another lovley stay at the st George. Our first since covid. Cant pick fault with anything. The staff are probably the best and most helpful of any hotel we've ever stayed in. Theyre a credit to themselves and the hotel. Thanks for a lovley stay guys.

Pleasant stay close to beach and walks

staff were very friendly and welcoming rooms were spacious and very clean the hotel is right on the sea front and all shops and bars are all close by

Booked a standard double but it was very small. I would call it more like an economy room. Mirror in bedroom not in a good place and was small. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful, location is very good.

Staff are outstanding. I stay regularly and staff are all so polite and respectful Breakfast is magnificent as are all staff in the restaurant. Tony is The Best, and I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world

Lovely stay. We booked rooftop balcony room which had great views. Breakfast and the 3 course set evening meal menu was delicious. Friendly staff too.

Beautiful hotel situated in a perfect location. Room was clean and facilites were good. Only issue was that we could not park and needed to charge to travel the next day and that was disappointing.

Good sized room with very comfortable bed

Two problems when I went to room reception said they would sort it but they never did We could not get the telly working we got two channels but could not make it work properly. When I told reception next day they said we should have rung down we were in Bed! Breakfast very good excellent staff . The pie for dinner disappointing. The dead daffodils on table still thrr we e at breakfast unnecessary

The room was clean and tidy, nice sea view, I think the hotel could do with a reverb, but was still clean, the food was excellent, but maybe the breakfast needs to be self service & not served, overall excellent stay, would stay again
