There are two pools: one features activities—if you enjoy noise and fun, you’ll love it, as it’s very large. The other is very comfortable for adults, though I think they should inform guests at check-in that it is intended for relaxation; even though there are signs, people don't pay attention. I stayed there for six days, and by the last three, it felt like a kids' pool with children jumping around everywhere. There are plenty of palapas for enjoying the beach. It’s a comfortable hotel, though the check-in and check-out processes are far too slow. You’re given towel cards; even though you’re there to relax, you have to keep an eye on your towel to ensure no one takes it, because if you don’t return the cards at the end, you’ll be charged.

Very clean and modern property. Especially the Coba building. The food was surprisingly good. Easy to get Palapas on beach also. Only drawbacks were the shows that seemed low budget compared to the level of the property. Also, it may be a personal preference but I hated having to go through a waiter to get any drink every single time. You cannot walk up to any bar and there is no poolside bar. Waiters sometimes took too long to get drinks or give a receipt every time. It seemed it was just a way to get tips. Overall though I would visit resort again.

What a great place to stay with families for vacation. Your not going to get the traditional hispanic vibes from this place but you will have an amazing

The resort itself is excellent. However, if you have serious food allergies like I do, I’d be careful. Lots of stuff was labeled as GF or DF and I could clearly see that it had milk or bread. I think it’s fine if you are extra aware. I told staff multiple times and I still had several allergic reactions. Other than that, this resort is my favorite.

It was ok and clean. The pool rules about reserving lounges was really horrible.

Travel with kids, we all really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was that the gym and ice cream stand was not part of the all inclusive plan. Also, we didn’t like how they tried selling us a timeshare. Other than that we all had a great time and we especially enjoyed the water slides and food! Staff was amazing!!!

Todo el hotel está muy bien, pero los meseros de los restaurantes no tienen ni la más mínima atención y muy mal servicio. Si vas en plan todo incluido, “se esconden” de uno. También se me hizo muy malo que cobraran $200 pesos para ingresar al gimnasio. Las instalaciones están bien, la comida es buena a secas, el spa se me hizo de precio accesible y de buen nivel. Fuera del mal servicio en todos los restaurantes, y del hecho que alguien defecó en la alberca y estuvo cerrada casi todo un día; el hotel está bien.

Excellent food

it took 45min to sign in with only 4 groups in front of us. they let two groups skip us also. we did not get our bracelts when we signed in. it cost $6 for gym which was not mentioned anywhere and its a 90min limit. the first front desk lady was very rude. the food was not good anywhere on location. we know so because several othe rpeople complained and the google reviews say everything is rated in the mid to low 3 star while the restaurants outside are 4 stars.
