Very clean

The bed and shower were very comfortable. The hotel is a little on the old side. Would be nice to see furniture and doors upgraded. The staff was indifferent at times. We had a doorbell ring on our first morning at 8:30 am with hotel worker announcing “Lavandería” which means laundry service. Told the front desk not to have anyone ring us….it just went in one ear and out the other. It’s a culture thing I guess

The food is tasteless.

Rooms had an unpleasant odor. No hot water. Linen and carpet did not appear super clean.

Property is fine overall for what you pay. But it did have some major problems 1 shower door would hit the toilet if I was a bit fatter I would not fit. 2 pressure in toilet was dismal had to put water from shower. Did I tell you I could barely fit through the door to get in the shower. Other than that it was ok.

The hotel was great, the check in however was quite poor because we arrived early morning and the check in was strictly at 3pm which wasn't good because we had to wait long hours to get checked in on top of the flight we just had.

We booked for a one night stay. Felt safe and there is a Starbucks right nextdoor. Bed was comfy. They had hot water for showers. Loved exploring their garden and decor. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel muy bonito, la agua del alberca estaba un poco fría pero muy bonita para relajarse. La comida estaba buena, precios un poco altos. Los empleados muy atentos.

La caja fuerte no servía, llame a recepción para que enviara a mantenimiento y me ignoró. Por lo demás bien, pero sin apoyo por parte del personal de recepción.

The good: Staff helpful, fast and convenient check in, very clean areas everywhere The very bad: no remote for heater or tv available until I requested it, terrible Bed, lot of noise (renovations taking place since very early in the morning), terrible lighting, very dark room and bathroom. When I checked out a day earlier no question was asked by receptionist Would not stay here again

The Room wasn’t clean and it was ugly,

Just one thing, it take to long to get hot water, is a waste of water in order to get hot water in the shower.

La entrada no es visible, no hay señalamientos, no hay iluminación, no hay personal recibiendo a los huéspedes. Los interiores están pobremente señalizados y prácticamente no hay luz en los pasillos. El baño está en malas condiciones. Las toallas están viejas, rotas y percudidas. No había agua caliente ni por la noche ni por la mañana. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. En la zona hay por lo menos otros 5 ó 6 hoteles de precio similar, que con seguridad probaría antes de regresar a este establecimiento.

A little dark at night

Rooms have air conditioning. Pool is open, relatively clean, ~4 feet at the deepest. Entrance a little difficult to find easily missed. Quiet, not crowded. A good stay.

It was a good rate and the room was clean. Fast check in and out experience. The pool and games area were superb but the gym was in really poor shape. The restaurant lacked food options.

The hotel is under remodeling and it wasn't advertised when I reserve. Noisy, and the swimming pool was not available for a couple of days

The propriety was under construction , missing coffee maker or iron
