Tha staff and hotel were superb!

The hotel was everything! It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back soon.

I had such a fantastic stay at Tivoli Mofarrej. The location is excellent and the whole vibe of the hotel is stylish, smart and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always smiled and greeted me and the views from my room were just stunning. I want to go back - now! Highly recommend. Similarly priced to the Renaissance, and in the same area - the Tivoli Mofarrej is miles ahead in service and physical condition of the hotel.

Super friendly / helpful staff and sophisticated atmosphere

TiVoli Mofarrej offers superb customer service all around, and overall is a great experience. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats: (1) for a luxury hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated; (2) the beds are VERY firm, and I did not find them to be comfortable.

In some countries this would be a 3 star hotel, very dated and not very clean. My wife got some skin condition from their dirty towels. We will definitely not be coming back.

Good stay and good staff. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's driver, Leandro, who picked us up and dropped us off from GRU. I lost my Airpods, and he found them - then drove across town to return them.

We are very happy about this stay. It's convenient, clean, comfortable five-star hotel near Av. Paulista. The staff are all very polite and friendly. Wonderful place to stay!

Everything about this property is top notch. From the staff at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the rooftop and the restaurant on the ground floor and the perfectly appointed rooms. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.
