Hotel is supposed to be 5 stars but it’s not

Service wasn’t great. Asked for room clean but it didn’t happen. Asked about special requests as it was an anniversary visit but nothing was responded to. Location was ok. No swim steam or sauna times for women.

Shocked to know this was 5 star as it doesn’t live up to its rating. When I checked in, they seemed indifferent and borderline rude when I had to keep going back repeatedly as my room key wouldn’t work. The rooms were somewhat dated, amenities not there, they didn’t have enough towel replacements, etc. The hotel felt far from luxurious and what I would expect. The location was perfect and convenient, walking distance to the pier and nearby cafe. The cleaning and room service staff were absolutely pleasant, as was the staff helping with luggage. Unfortunately the desk staff could have been better.

The front desk staff Hamadan did a great job and was very helpful respectful and competent with his work… staff at the open buffet were great housekeeping service were excellent grate hotel
