Great!!

Room very clean and comfortable. Our Breakfast waiter was awesome. He was very attentive and super nice. The breakfast food was delicious. Front desk staff was nice. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Overall our stay was wonderful. We would come back here.

Convenient and efficient shuttle service to the airport. Parking for up to 7 days is complementary with a one night stay. There is an in-house restaurant that is quite good. The facility including rooms was clean and hospitable.

With my severe allergies, i appreciate the "no pet" policy. The hotel and staff beat all expections, which made a very nice stay. Thank you 😊

I got the Following message from the guest relation of this facility. I thought I could get a complementary upgrade to a club floor or so, but the receptionist at the facility said that it was merely a typical “marketing” message that they have been sending to their cuatomera and I did not get any upgrade. This is the way too much experience for me and thus, I would stay away from MARRIOTT brand hotels going forward. “Making your trip wonderful has been our legacy for more than 65 years. During your stay, we invite you to connect and unwind in our sophisticated yet comfortable Greatroom. Meet friends or fellow travelers for a drink, or gather with family over our finely prepared selection of food and beverages.”

Everything was great outside of the maids trying to enter my room without cause or permission. Luckily our service animal scared them off. They definitely need to check who they hire.

There was no shuttle at the airport as advertised although every other hotel a had many in and out as we kept calling to get service. We finally tipped a competitor to take us. It will be a cold day in hell before I stay in that property again ...

We loved our stay at the Marriot Phoenix Airport Hotel. It was close to every where we needed to go to. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. This was our 2nd stay at the Marriott this month for different events. I will definitely return on our next trip.

I didn't like that i had to pay $26 plus tip for breakfast

This place is great. The little extras like pillow spray and complimentary waters make all the difference.

This was by far the BEST Marriott we have stayed at, in Phoenix! Very friendly, extremely quiet, and close to everything. My husband flew in from a busuness trip and they picked him up so I didn't have to battle the traffic.
