Everything was perfect. 5 stars all the way

We had a brief stay here and were pleased about the property. The staff were all helpful and friendly. If you are looking for Outlet Shopping, this is the hotel to choose. There are 100s of stores within the Complex. As it is attached to the Football Stadium the views onto the field were very unique.

The lobby was clean and smelled nice, but the rooms are really not clean.,sorry

Great location, lovely staff. Room not as nice as previous stay. Broken shower and tap in bathroom, air con broken.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and service. They have a kiosk where you can book taxi services as needed. This was helpful when going to the airport, and the price was better than anything I'd seen. Much bigger rooms than most hotels in London, especially the bathroom (and shower, specifically).

It was great and the restaurant was wonderful to.

There was no hot water in our first room so we moved rooms, air conditioning wasn't working in the second room so we moved rooms again and stains on the carpet, rust in the bathroom in our third room.

The breakfast and staff were great.

Lovely clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. The only thing i was missing is the disposable shower caps in the bathroom. Everything was super.

I have checked in early, they charged me £20 early check in fee for all the 3 days we stayed there. It makes no sense as early check in feee should be only for the first day. My son checked out and he didn’t verify the final receipt. I will contact Expedia customer service and see if they return $40 ( for 2 days). Other than this, it is a good facility.

This hotel is fantastic, stayed a few times now and always consistently great service and friendly staff. Nice room, great breakfast, nice bar and convenient for Heathrow.
