Room was very clean and has everything you needed

Nice but needs renovation bathrooms are old and so are the linens !

Convenient Locatio

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. I was hoping the pool would have been open. It was closed last year at the same time, so not having a pool for a 2nd time was disappointing. The bar and outdoor area by the bar were very nice. All staff were great! The room was very nice.

Very helpful staff, incredibly easy checking in and checking out process. If I ever end up in Fort Lauderdale again, I'm for sure going to stay there. Just an overall good experience.

The property looks great from the outside and the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms and floors are obviously dated and worn. The carpeting throughout wasn't clean and smelled, there were various sections of the walls that require repainting as the paint was stripping or otherwise damaged. Specifically to the room, the bathroom smelled funky, the window was dirty like it had never been cleaned, the air in the room and floor was musty, the fixtures and fittings need changing, the bathroom lights were dull and flickering. They really need to renovate and clean the rooms better. The staff was generally pleasant and accommodating though. So that made up a bit for the facility issues.

The front desk service was wonderful. The room was quite large & comfortable but the carpet needed serious replacing!

Excellent staff, great breakfast and staff. very nice room. We have been going there 4 or 5 times a year for 4 years now. The location is good for us, and we like the room and the bed. The bathroom is another thing!!!! The grouting and caulking in the bathroom appear to have been done by a 5th grader. It makes the bathroom , especially the shower area look like a third world bathroom. The toilet was so low that it reminded me of the hole in the floor like Dubai to use......Hated it....

Stayed here after coming in from cruise at 8:30 am. Check is not until I think 4pm they were so nice they let us check in at 9:00 am .
