High frequency of buses to/from terminal. Room larger than expected. Several food options. I would stay here again.

Close to the airport, there's a free shuttle. The room was clean, with a great view, allowing you to see the sunrise in the morning. Our room also had a view of trains and planes, making it a great choice for kids.

Strategic location to and from Narita with free shuttle, but far from the city center. Rooms are quite spacious, with toiletries and pajamas, and thin Japanese-style mattresses. There is a restaurant, laundry, and convenience store on site.

Big hotel near Narita Airport. Good for transit. Free shuttle from and to Narita Airport started from 4 AM till midnight.

Room is big for 3 pax & it was comfortable. free shuttle bus made it easy to travel to & fro the airport after a long travel day. Aircon is not strong enough & the staff provided a fan instead. Generally a great stay

I booked the modern cream color room but was given the outdated old room. Even the kettle was like from the 1970’s. Breakfast was good, but the Osaka Kansai Nikko has wider selections. I like the garden with cherry blossoms. It was the highlight of my stay.

We arrived at 11.30 but can’t check in so we go with free shuttle bus to jr station, after eating we go back around 2 pm and we can check in 1 hour earlier👍 thank you nikko narita

Stayed for one night at Nikko Narita. The Japanese style room was very clean n cozy. I love the ambiance of the Hotel. The hotel staffs were helpful n friendly. Shuttle bus runs to the hotel or vise versa located at bus stop no. 33 ( Terminal 2 Narita). Lawson Kombini also opened 24Hrs. The Hotel also provide laundromat n vending machine at each floor. I only stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next day, so I can't say much. They have frequent bus shuttles from the airport to hotel and vice versa. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are big enough to fit the four of us. I liked the Japanese style room. You can see that it's a bit dated, but other than that, it's clean and everything functions well.

Had a pleasant time during staying there. Delicious breakfast with garden view, wide room and also clean. They even provide a big bottle of shampoo, soap, and a face soap:) There also shuttle bus to go to Narita Airport and return. Thank you Nikko Narita Hotel and Traveloka 🫶

Very nice staff ladies at Concierge. Super helpful, they go out and greet you when you leave the hotel. So impressive! Room very clean and very convenient. Good for transit. Recommended.

The hotel room is spacious & clean, close to Narita airport, there is a free shuttle bus from/to the airport, just really satisfied staying here.
