The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good with many options. The only issue we found was that the breakfast area could have had more seating. I would stay here again.

Room is old and not very clean. Washroom is dirty and the bowl has stain.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake View Inn in Hinton! We stayed in the loft room, which was comfortable, cozy, and perfect for our visit. The room was clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Lake View Inn to anyone visiting Hinton. We would be happy to stay here again!

Stains in the bed and bedding

Spacious and clean room, well maintained property, good breakfast

I was disappointed that they finish serving breakfast at 9 am. I was running a marathon yesterday and needed a good long sleep but missed breakfast as a result. So extending hours to 10 would be helpful. Others than that the hotel was good.

This inn sets the standard for what a great hotel should be. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the property is exceptionally clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back.

The breakfast room was way to small so we had to have breakfast in our room the first day and the second day at Tim Horton’s.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast just cheese omelets that were lukewarm and continental options. The air conditioning was really loud, and I ended up turning it off, so that I could go to sleep. Someone's car alarm went off around 6 am, which was a rude awakening.

Good for one night stay

The host was not friendly and the room was beyond freezing and dated. I paid the same here as I did in Sun Peaks

We just stayed one night, as we were on our way to edmonton, and we needed to rest for the night. Was clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent

Everything was great.

Pros: clean room. parking right in front of room. great free breakfast. water pressure for days. air conditioning was better than usual. Great blackout curtains. Big fridge in room for food storage. friendly staff. very accessible (first stop in town going west). Cons: room door latch was barely hanging on, door wasn't sealed at all letting in all road noise and wind, had to hold the door closed tightly with ironing board and chair. Lumpy pillows and mattress was so hard if you are sharing a bed and the other person breathes too hard, you will feel it. Neighbors plumbing seemed very loud, you hear all the water running through the walls after each flush or shower. You do get some Jake brakes as it is the first stop in town. Overall it was okay. Not a con, just something to be aware of, this is a motel so your room door is facing the outdoor elements. The free breakfast was delicious and changed both days. Everything is outdated and you can tell it hasn't had money put into it recently but it is kept clean. Probably wouldn't stay again, but when you have young kids you have to be more picky.

At first, it looked relatively clean and good. We stayed a standard room on the ground floor, and the people in upstairs were really noisy (started showering at 9 pm, and someone still showering at 2 am). I can understand it's not the property issue, so, I contacted the front desk, and she said she will call them. But, nothing changed. Then, I realized it was actually the place frames were so old, you can hear all kinds of sounds. When upstairs flush toilet or shower, it's like a small waterfall coming down on your wall. And, every foot step was thumping on the ceiling. Also, our toilet was sunken a bit with slightly broken tiles. It was so low. I could not sleep until 2 am. If you want to stay here, please stay unstairs. If not, I don't recommend staying here if you want to have a good night sleep.

One of the best place to stay with your family and service provided by staff was next level. I am so glad that I decided to stay in this hotel.

Overall a good place to stay. Worth it for the price they offer

It was a good stay except the breakfast. Food name/ingredients were not mentioned and probably they were not ready to host so many guests. Just need to increase manpower at the property. Otherwise, all good.
