Very outdated room, stunk heavily of smoke, A/C not working. Never going here again.

Staff was friendly, clean room. Lots of parking.

Decent hotel for the price, the bathroom was a little dirty and there was a long wait to get checked in. It did all work out so not much to complain about!

there seemed to be a maintenance issue with another room to the maintenance guy knocked at out door 9:30am and had to get in to check the bathroom. with two girls in the room, I wish a member of staff in uniform or another girl was present. overall the front desk was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is definitely out dated and could use some renovations in the lobby. parking was great.

Windows have been leaking so many of the rooms are damp and smell musty. We were told not to leave luggage near the windows. Rain did come in during a big storm. Air conditioning was ok. We had it on high to air out the room, yet we were never cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of my kids forgot a toothbrush and they graciously provided us with one, as well as a mini toothpaste.

We stayed for two nights, the room was great bed was comfy. We did have a little bit of noise coming from the outside hallway- BUT that was to be expected as the hotel was fully booked for a wedding, concerts and K Days! Didn’t use any of the amenities. The staff was very kind and even upgraded us to a king bed for free!!

Temps in town were over 30 celcius, and we had to swap rooms multiple times to find a room with working a/c. Then there was a large thunderstorm and the window/wall starting pouring in water. We tried to switch rooms again, but they couldn't find us a room that had a working a/c unit without water coming in through the windows. (I think they tried around 8 rooms or so). So we ended up staying in the room we were in. Staff tried to be helpful and was kind, but there was nothing they could do. It wasn't just our room. The front desk had lots of guets dealing with water pouring into their rooms and kept offering more towels to try and control the water. Buckets were set up throughout the lobby because of all the leaks coming in.

Lots of parking! Rooms older, our thermostat wasn’t working properly so read hot. Staff supplied a fan and a discount rate.

Very outdated, Ac sucked it was so hot, beds weren’t great. Could use an upgrade for sure

Room was not ready when we checked in at 5pm. They offered to down grade our room to one bed, for 3 people, or to call when the room was ready. Not very useful

The room appeared to be in rough shape stain in the ceiling of the bathroom dirty shower curtain,damages on the walls.the bottom of the bathroom door was all cracked and broken.

Air conditioning was not working in room maintenance was sent but problem persisted, elevators take forever. Absolutely do not recommend the gaze restaurant the buffet didn’t have many options the cooked complained to us that he didn’t want to cook more food and made a comment about serving 2 day old eggs in the buffet, the coffee cups at the self serve had holes and 2 of the people in our party got burned. The eggs Benny came out wrong and they it gave “new” eggs slapped on top of the English muffins and the eggs were still wrong ( asked for hard poached) The room keys constantly de magnetized and multiple times we had to go back down for the 14th floor to reception and wait to get new keys.

Very run-down hotel, rooms smell, floor was wet from the a/c dripping, atrium area has definitely seen better days.

This place is dirty. Do not recommen at all. We booked a one night stay July 24th. We went to our first room and there was glitter in the floor, bugs in the window sills, cigarette burns in the floor and couch. We got a second room that was not any better and we just left because we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of either too.

Room was dated and smelt like a smoking room. Upkept and very old. Beds were hard and had bugs. Won’t be returning

There was AC but Edmonton was in the middle of a heat warning and the AC was not working as well as you’d want it too. But everything else was great!

Lobby is very pretty. Check in was easy. We got to our room, were only there 15 minutes and discovered the toilet above was leaking into our bathroom. Waited for the staff to come to fix it but went back to the lobby as we were on a time crunch so they moved us rooms. Even in new room you can tell it had happened in the past in this room too with discoloured ceiling tiles but it wasn’t leaking while we were there. Woken up the next day to a staff member needing to check our room for a leak as assuming the unit below us was complaining of a leak in their room. Staff worked hard with what they had to offer.
