A well establish hotel in the community well known need to be updated freshen the rooms as in the carpet and the bedding

I was trying to sleep and the housekeeper was outside of my door loudly mouthing about not knowing if she was supposed to clean my room- despite me having a do not disturb sign on the door.

Pool was closed due to repairs

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating!

Upon checking in I was advised my room I originally reserved was downgraded. The new room was on the top floor. The room didn’t have a phone and the tv didn’t work.

Nice hotel. Older. No e restaurant

No air conditioning in entire hotel

The hotel was nice and staff was great! But they were having issues with the air conditioning so we ended up switching hotels.

Great hotel but it was very busy, lots of young kids running up and down halls until 11:00 pm. TV had limited number of channels and we had one drawer full of trash when we checked in. Must have been a full hotel,as it is always a great place to stay. Will stay here again

Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Conditions and Service We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, our room keys had to be activated twice, resulting in multiple trips between the lobby and our room. The first room we were assigned had a strong pet urine odor. We were moved to a second room with the same issue, and finally to a third room that, while not ideal, was tolerable—by that point, we were too tired from traveling all day to keep switching rooms. Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room—not even after we brought it up to the front desk twice. Each time, we were told it would be addressed, especially when we also had to request fresh towels and coffee pods ourselves. A manager acknowledged the situation and even mentioned the possibility of a discount for the inconvenience, but nothing was ever offered or followed up on. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay. Basic expectations like a clean room and regular housekeeping were not met, and follow-through from management was lacking.

I was told at check-in that I would only have to wait for 15 minutes. Four hours later. I still didn’t have my room.

We booked a king with pull out and there were no linens nor pillows in the dresser for the pullout

Place was pretty old and needed updates. Bath room sink was clogged and held water. Shower was pretty old and gross

Room had an odor. Beds were half made

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. When we arrived we immediately went to the pool to swim. After not being in the pool for 10 minutes, here comes a HUGE birthday party. It became unsafe for my 2 young kids to be in the pool with so many wild 10-12 year old boys. There was a sign that said the pool was for guests only. That absolutely did not happen! It was very frustrating that they allowed a birthday party to happen on a Saturday night and allow non guests to swim. I complained to the front desk and they said the pool was for guests only. But I saw parent after parent drop their kids off for this party and they clearly weren’t guess. We will not be staying here again.

Nice location, big room , layout of hotel made it wasy to find room . The tub/shower was kind of beat up for a hotel in this price range. There was a large kid birthday party at the pool which shouldnt happen. Paying guests as myself didnt get to swim because of the party. Im sure few of the people at the party were paid guests. The pool was part of the reason why I booked here.
