this place was terrible!! When I arrived, there were no other quests there, (should have been a clue, but no refunds as I reserved it that day) I even asked the front desk about it, was told they just hadn't checked in yet. It was after 4pm. the room looked like it was out of the 70's, it was dirty, looked like no one vacuumed in a long time and they did not dust either. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The bed had an enormous divot in it. Unreal!!! This place was NOT worth the $$ I spent. Very disappointed because I have stayed at other Super 8's that were far superior to this place!!

When we got to our room it was not clean we cleaned the bath and toilet ourselves, the fridge did not work and there was dirt behind the tables with lamps. The beds were clean thank you for that, otherwise we would have requested another room. The door was hard to shut for rm 129. My husband and I have never had this problem before when we have stayed here. I brought my daughters this time and was very embarassed.

No bed bugs, but it was dirty with leftover trash in the room from previous guests.

staff is very rude and smells of weed and your lucky to even get a breakfast. very unkept and very broken down and dirty. this was a last resort. but you would have a safer stay in your car.

Worst stay I've ever had, the fridge was broken it wasn't cold at all and we were told we would have to wait till morning before it could be fixed so we had to leave our cold items in our car to stay cold thank god it's still cold outside. The people above us didn't know how to step quietly at all so all night all we heard was stopping from the kids and adults and not to mention the heater barely worked at all for as much as it cost I was expecting a lot better then what I got I would not stay here again very disappointed.

Place was as described. Staff was helpful. Property looked and felt clean.

NOT HAPPY

The owners made some excellent choices when they planned this budget, but comfortable property. The rooms are quiet and everything works and is clean. I would suggest upgrading the bathroom amenities--the tiny soap in the unopenable plastic sleeve and the individual packages of shampoo are not great. Still, a good night's sleep for a very fair price.

It’s in much need of an update. Overall it was clean enough, although I found long dark hair on the edge of the tub. My husband shaves his white hair and mine is white. Our room was quite cold when we entered and when we turned on the heater it didn’t work. Attendant came but couldn’t fix so offered us another room but then my husband reset it and it started to work but kept stopping. Eventually my husband got it going. Worst part people above us pounded and crashed around until 10:00 pm and started again at 2:15 am until we left. Don’t understand why we were placed under another room when the hotel was basically empty.

The room wasn't what we booked and the light switch didn't work. When we tried to talk to the front desk about it he said it was the best room and then we contacted Expedia to make a complaint about it and then they moved us to a smaller room.wasnt worth the price we paid with all the hassles we had to go through.we will never stay here again.

Average property. The breakfast area was clean but lacked the attention to detail found in other properties.

Terrible

This was absolutely the worst place we got to the room and it smelled like a smokers room! Pulled the covers back on the bed and it had body fluid stains on the sheets! We didn’t even stay we came in and checked these things and turned around and walked out! If I knew I could post pictures I would have taken photos to show it!

Unfortunately I left this property crawling with Bed Bugs by the time I got home to Eugene I had over 40 bites and eventually had to go to the ER.
