Everyone was good

They haven't changed a thing about this hotel since it was built in the 1980s. Zero upkeep. My room smelled like a shed you store the pool supplies in. Only time in my life i checked the smoke detector just in case. Real shith*le Stay somewhere else

I had 4 room keys bc every time I left the room my key was inactivated. It was very hot and I would have my arms full of food or groceries and my key didn’t work again. This should have been addressed after the 1st time, then it happened 3 more times. There are plenty of hotels in Bloomington so I will try those next visit.

It is little old property. Good stay, descent breakfast. Offers swimming pool No elevator.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome. The room and areas outside of room was not the cleanest. The frig and couple of other areas in room were lil dirty.

I need a refund for my last day due to checking out a day early, was told by management it wouldn’t be a problem due to my first room having human BLOOD splatter on the wall and ceiling

Showers dont work, no running hot water in some, broken windows in others. Then cancel your booking last minute because you were unsatisfied before and banned you. Dont stay here.oh the mold situation also

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. There was a musty smell when opening the room. But, everything as clean and pleasant.

Decent room, appeared clean. A few minor repairs were needed, but nothing major or concerning. Breakfast was a little slim, but they did the best they could with the small counter. I would stay here again!

Room was not cleaned, hair in the corners of retroom Red bllod looking stains on the lamp shade.White substance on the end table. Switched rooms and found simliar issues but was to tired and late to even bother the n8ght desk.

I didn’t order that. Expedia did without my authorization and never refund me. Please refund me
