Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned properly. It needed to be vacuumed, wiped down, and sanitized. The room was stuffy and smelled damp. The layout of the room was odd and tight. The lighting was also not the best. I specifically asked for a clean room and did not receive one. The manager did not provide good customer service at all. Overall, I was glad to have a place to sleep, but I would not suggest the hotel to anyone.

The amazing staff made our experience enjoyable! They had a wonderful breakfast, very clean facility, and were very attentive. The facility was convenient, comfy, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our short stay. We got there at 3 pm then got ready for the Andrea Bocelli at smoothie king Center that evening at 8 pm. They charge you $34 for parking at the hotel. You can go in and out as much as you want. We park at parking garage 2 next to Smooth King Center then after concert police women told us go out back way which save us a lot of time getting back to hotel. Thank you New Orleans police department.

I enjoyed my stay for my 30th birthday. I wish the breakfast was a little better but overall it have a great time visiting here.

Friendly staff. Taylor at the frond desk provided us the dinning recommendation. We really like it.

The bathroom and the smell of the room (old carpet smell).

Only like a 7 min walk to burbon street 3 to 5 min walk to canal. Very convenient but not around the chaos once your ready for bed. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Tv didnt work when we got there but someone came right away to fix it. My only suggestion is to maybe keep the breakfast buffet open a little longer cause some ppl sleep in after a night of drinking. Oh also they had complementary cookies at the front desk. Yum 😋

I never got my deposit back for one. Mediocre hotel. Clean but smelled a little funky. Hard spring mattresses. Only upside is how close it is to the quarter. Spend a little more and get a better hotel

The stay worked great for my trip. Within walking distance of the attractions I was looking to see in New Orleans. The breakfast each morning was amazing! Room was clean. Bed and pillows were better than home. Only issue was the noise the city provides including trash pickup at 4 am. Would definitely stay there again!!!

It was walking distance to all attractions at the French Quarter. The soap and shampoos were great and the room was clean. We had a warm welcome and the housekeeping team did great! One thing is that the water pressure for the shower was low but overall everything was perfect! Will definitely come back

We had a really great stay! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided breakfast which was a nice perk, and they had parking available. That was important! It was within walking distance of the French Quarter which made it super convenient. Definitely the hotel I will stay at whenever I'm in New Orleans!!

I Love the location. However the rooms are very small for the price I paid. I don’t think I will return at that price.also my rooms floor getting wet by the head of the bed. Why I have no idea. Your staff is Awesome.
