Nice breakfast right next to beach and good bars

No beach view from are room, you can pay extra if important to you, we had king size room which was fine, hotel in good center position, breakfast not overwhelming and can get busy had to wait for a table,

What a great location for the pier, beach and the lanes. Walkable from the train station to get your bearings. I did feel the pool tiles were slippery under foot when wet so had to walk very slowly. Pool and showers where great and the Welsh chap on gym was very friendly and helpful. The lounge had awesome views which we used several times while staying. Our double king size room was great for my friend and myself. Thanks

Small bathroom but definitely recommended.

View from executive suite was excellent. Found 2 moths in room. Carpet needs changing. Front desk staff need a customer service refresher course not the service i was expefor £260 a night. Wasn't informed if breakfast or dining facilities. They might as well use a vending machine to check you in and get your room key!

Had a great time, easy check in, clean tidy and in the middle of everything

Breakfast was expensive, so I only had it on my first morning. I rang reception to ask for a Hairdryer as the one in my room didn't work ! I ended up drying my hair in the sun through my window as after waiting 30 mins I never received a replacement, I was really disappointed as the card in the room say's " don't worry if you forget anything, just call reception" !! My room was great & view of the sea, terrific.The staff in Leo's were exceptional, that made my stay.

Excellent modern hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was great, in the wonderful setting of the hotel’s massive atrium. Helpful staff, good rooms.

Big room, friendly staff. Car park on the next street. Nice place.

Room overlooked the lobby area which was slightly odd but there wasn’t any noise disturbance. The room was exceptionally hot and the air con didn’t really work. Nice hot shower with nice soaps offered. A good selection for breakfast but mediocre.

Great stay

Great hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast and local many pubs and restaurants. Car park underneath, but £29 a night.

Decent room. Some dirt needing reporting. No safe. Water not replenished each day. No robes or slippers. These are charged and too much. So not great facilities. Excellent breakfast. Not very good lunch or supper. Bar very expensive.

Breakfast was brilliant, good food selection. Check in staff could have been a bit more informative, we were given our cards with no further details or info. When I booked the hotel, I asked if I would be able to shower after finishing the Brighton Marathon and was told yes - in the Leisure Club. But when I arrived, the staff at the Leisure Club refused and said the hotel should not have said this and initially refused to let me shower, then they did but came and told me I took too long and they would need charge me for it. Left a really bad taste to what was otherwise a really great stay.

In general the exprrience was fine. But we wanted some information in advance of our stay. Forget any ability to contact the hotel front desk before you arrive. Telephone options were useless, they rang through until it cut you off.

Bedroom was clean, tidy & modern

Hotel is looking a bit tired and could use a refresh. At the price point it seemed somewhat churlish to ask for a further £10 for a bathrobe that other hotels provide free.

Evrything was fine ,there was an issue with the swimming tho , there were children unsupervised in the pool messing about and ruining it for everyone ,one was with an adult and dived in !!!!apart from the danger to themselves they ruined it for othervpatrons ,we did report it and realise its not the hotels issue but they would look vinto it and liaise withh those responsible for the pool. Staff in hotel were lovely and helpful.👍
