Upon check-in we were told our room had been upgraded. It was a room with Jacuzzi, but it wasn't working. Room seemed outdated and was not clean. Coffee splatters all over the door, and on one of the walls. Cobwebs. Much dust behind bed and furniture. Thankfully the floor had laminate, not carpet. Our biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was grab and go; no place to sit down. Egg McMuffin had to be heated in our room, but no proper place to sit down there either as most of the room was taken up with non-working Jacuzzi. There was no coffee maker in our room. So we feel the description on website is very misleading. Happy with very clean bathroom, towels and fresh linens. Staff was wonderful, everyone we met was polite, helpful and friendly. Price was best in the area. Maria

False advertising. Room was messy and smelt funky. Checked right out and booked a stay someplace else the very night.

My room had lice and the next room had no water

Upon entering the room, no lights were on, which is normal, but the light switch besided the door doesn’t work and when told, the staff knew it didn’t work. Walking forward I saw one step down, but there were 2 steps and I twisted my ankle and my back and landed down on my knees. The light switch was across the room, which we weren’t told about either. If I had have been told there were 2 steps down, I would have been aware to watch my step. All staff said was, oh sorry. Not even, are you ok? Besides that, the room was nice

Room was clean and service was friendly!

This should be zero stars! It’s an absolute dump! The rooms are run down, looks like the furniture was found in the garbage, the tub was rusty and black with mold. Stains all over the couch and floor. It looks like a place from a horror movie. Travelodge Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this!

Great hotel, very calm, and very friendly stuff. They help me a lot.

Heating and air conditioner too loud

Rooms are neglected… restaurant and bar are closed… no food go breakfast… no hot water for shower and staff doesn’t know what to do about it. I’d like a 50% refund.

Building seems to be falling apart . Felt uneasy with the state of place. Hoping to go to bar like it said on website.. bar closed no restaurant. Plastic hanging in the hallway to block off travel?? No hot water.

Everything was fantastic. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clrqn and neat. The staff was courteous and friendly

Arrived at 10 PM, room was cold (heater said 10C, and was turned off), turned on heater, set it to 20C. By midnight it was 16C, and was not going to get any warmer. Since it made a lot of noise, I turned it off to get some sleep. Room returned to 10C in 2 hours. At 2AM I again turned it on for 1 hour, it got to 15C, then off again to get some more sleep. At this point I was pissed, so I got my toque and gloves and went back to bed. Toughed out the remaining night at 10C. Checkout... Guy at desk didn't really seem to care about the poor room heater. Mumbled something about looking into it. Then we asked about the advertised breakfast, and he pointed to the bowl of apples and bananas on the side table near the front desk and said that's it. We will never return this (or likely any) Travelodge.

The staff were awesome

The breakfast was a juice box, granola bar, and cup of yogurt. We were sent to a different type of room than what I reserved. The tables in the room were worn beyond anything I have ever seen anywhere. The TV picture quality was really bad. Besides that, it was a decent stay.

room heater operated properly but was very loud. Felt like I was trying to sleep inside a jet engine. Bath tub had several strips of duct tape applied under the spigot, maybe to hide rust or wear. It was off putting. Staff were good, but overall the hotel was better on the outside than inside.
