Best hotel i have ever personally stayed at

I liked that the pool and hot tub area was available 24 hrs a day. The only complaint was that the bathtub floor was slippery when wet and the hotel supplied body wash bottle kept falling out of its bracket.

Friendly and helpful staff

It was easily accessible on a main route to downtown Traverse City. I did some shopping and went to a comedy show that was excellent. Roads weren't particularly busy.

After spending a week in the area of Travers City, I want to say this was a great find. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and a good central location. The only thing I would change would be for someone to check and replace used towels daily.

The room got warm overnight and we even turned the air down.

Was a great trip and very comfortable stay. Me and my wife plan to revisit every year. Definitely will look to book this Comfort Inn again.

Let me begin by saying this reservation was made at least 6 weeks ahead. We were given a room with a bathroom so tiny the door hit the toilet every time you opened. The shower stall was so small you could not extend you arms to the side. Also, the front desk staff approved our leaving 1 day early when we asked over 24 hours in advance, but when contacted by Expedia, would not stand by this and so I was charged for a night in this crappy hotel that we didn't even stay for. Best advice - steer clear and away. There are many other options. Pick anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast included was a nice bonus and good. Friendly staff as well.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff was the best. Our shower head was broken and they fixed it immediately. They have a shuttle to take you to town and back within a 5 mile distance. Breakfast was good. Really no complaints.

Several family members stayed here, we came for a family funeral. Loved the cleanliness of lobby, dining area and our rooms. Quiet location, friendly staff and very efficient & friendly Checkin when we arrived. Would definitely come back.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel an excellent (5 stars) is because we specifically booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. When we contacted the hotel to tell them when our flight would land at TVC (12:218 am on 5/15/25) we were told the shuttle only ran until 12:00 am, and it was too late to rebook another hotel closer to the airport. The hotel should have shuttle hours listed on their website so customers are not deceived into believing they have a ride from the airport, and then have to hire a taxi and pay extra.

Our stay was fine even though the hotel was having renovations done.
