It was a basic hotel. Unfortunately, a couple of our towels were stained. And one of the waste bin was not emptied. For the price I would have expected a bit more attention to details. But the area was beautiful. Staff very friendly.

Stayed 1 night while attending a wedding across the parking lot, hotel was clean, staff were friendly, room was nice and comfortable, no complaints.

The hotel location is excellent, the city is nice and clean. Both lakeside trail and playground for kids are within walking distance. The breakfast is horrible, if you are expecting a great buffet, be ready for disappointment. You will get continental/10.. Parking is expensive and not theirs only, it is open to everyone. So expect to loop 1/2 hour before you find a spot..when I complained i was told to park on the road side! So why am I paying

Great room and breakfast

The Waterfront is located close to a number of restaurants and other amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean. My only criticism would be wireless I was kicked out and could not reconnect and at other points streaming was halting and buffering for long periods Despite I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and will return the next time I find myself in Burlington.

The hotel is a great location right beside the pier, park and downtown restaurants. The staff was pleasant and the front desk clerk Esteban was very welcoming. A continental style breakfast was included with coffee, juice, various breads, pancakes, sausage, tater tots, and mini omelettes , some fruits and cereal were available. A small seating area was available or you could go outdoors to enjoy the view while you grabbed a quick breakfast to start your day. The lobby and the room were very clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient. You do have to pay for parking at the hotel.

The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were most pleasant and welcoming. The hotel room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The room could’ve been cleaner as there was hairs on the bedding, and the bathroom fan was very full of dust and debris. Carpets need to be replaced with lots of stains, but overall everything else was quite clean and the staff (especially the breakfast. Staff) are very friendly.

I have stayed at Waterfront several times over the years. Always feels comfortable + homey to me.

The staff need to be more professional. I had an awkward experience that did not make a good impression on me nor my partner. The staff was handling a difficult customer ahead of me, but their incapacity to correctly handle that difficult customer, to say the least was disappointing. The staff member had become alarmingly irate with that particular difficult customer, very unprofessional. Adding to the already convoluted spectacle, after re-entering the lobby with my luggage, the manager, incorrectly assumed that I was the difficult customer that her staff was dealing with earlier. This was an incredulous experience that has left a bitter memory regarding this establishment. To the hotel management, please train your staff on how to handle difficult customers and train your manager to properly identify difficult situations without jumping to conclusions and assumptions. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job.
