We have stayed at this property a few times and after this visit I’m not sure we’d stay again. We had a second floor room and the people moving around in the room above us sounded like they were in our room. They changed their policy on parking (now a fee) and this was not communicated at check-in (and there was not a lot of parking available!). Lastly, I happened to forget my key in my room and went to the front desk for another. I was given one just by providing my room number and wasn’t asked for any ID. While the hotel can’t be blamed for messy/rude guests, I watched a kid shoot the whipped cream directly into his mouth from the can at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the breakfast room was full every morning and our family of 3 had to cram into a table for 2 while single guests sat at a table for 4. Overall the breakfast was good and the staff did a good job of keeping it full given how busy it was. My kids also appreciated the nightly cookies.

It was a great stay! The room was clean, fully stocked, and very convenient for my family.

I didn’t realize there was a daily parking fee, this should have been on the information when I booked the room, I think you should not be charged a parking fee when your staying a the hotel.

See above for what we liked. After receiving a paper copy of our bill at check-out, we received an email copy of a charge for parking. We were not told of this charge by you, at check-in or at checkout. In addition, our room was skipped by housekeeping after the first night of our stay.

Check-in was super efficient and staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Breakfast was great and the heart shaped waffles were a unique experience.

Nice area. Clean, descent size rooms, full size fridge/ kitchen area Unexpected: $3 parking charge per room(cost not issue, just no mention - just shows up on bill in a suburb where there are no fees for parking anywhere). 3 or 4 separate buildings, not 1 hotel building like other townplace suites stayed at -

From the moment we walked to the door to check in to the moment we checked out, we were treated wonderfully by the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. One of the most quiet places we've ever stayed in. No outside noise or noise in the halls to keep us awake at night. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

I just spent 7 weeks traveling with my son every weekend for Basketball and for the price with was totally amazing and fair, we definitely saved the best for last!!!! Super impressed!!! Staff was GREAT, room was GREAT and CLEAN, breakfast was AWESOME and I’m SO GLAD we chose to stay at this facility!!! Oh and did I mention they had a great heated outdoor pool!!!! You MUST stay here if you have the chance!!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very pleasant and made my time here pleasant every way possible.

Amazing experience

It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I did not use thein room kitchen or the onsite laundry but both appeared to be fine facilities. Breakfast was decent and standard complementary fare, but nothing to write home about. I wish they TV had local channels beyond the local affiliates of the major networks

I enjoyed my stay

The staff are amazing! There was a line that took less than 5 mins. They had yummy m+ m cookies + complimentary popcorn in nice easy bags. That’s the kind of thoughtful touch that the staff excel at. I like the larger than dorm room fridge with mini stove to cook. It has everything I need. Shower felt like a rainfall + got nice + hot! The nightstand lights had an outlet for any gadget plus usb. Super convenient! I’ll stay here again!

Was great to have a small but functional kitchen. Allowed us to get groceries and save some money. AC was quiet and we had a great sleep.

Quick registration and easy access to property. Staff was friendly.
