Out door pool was not working for 3 days and it’s was 87F. I traveled from Chicago and it was so hot in the room I asked them if they can help me out with air conditioning (AC) but they said they have standard temperature. I asked them to give me some fan they said I need to buy them if I need. But room was so nice and clean , location was perfect. Cleaning ness was perfect. Staff was nice and friendly.

Hotel doesn’t meet the usual standards of the brand. While the staff was professional and the breakfast was decent, the hotel itself feels very outdated. Another major issue was the connectivity—Wi-Fi is not available in all rooms, or at least the signal is very weak depending on where you are located. If you need a reliable connection for work or streaming, this is something to keep in mind. Overall, it’s a functional stay, but it needs an update to justify the price.

I stayed for three nights while visiting family who live nearby. The hotel is just 15 minute walk through a park from the bus station. I priced an uber for return journey and it was almost €100! Checkout was quick & friendly. We are in bar first evening, there was a problem with our food nyt was dealt with quick & satisfactory. The bar is very expensive the most expensive drinks I came across in all of Brescia! We didn’t eat in the restaurant. There’s two supermarkets is a wonderful Indian restaurant across the road above the supermarket. One of the best I’ve ever eaten in! The room was lovely, modern, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lots of tv stations and fab view across the mountains. They have ritual shampoos and a complimentary water. The mimi bar is adequately stocked and reasonably priced. Breakfast had lots of choices, replenished throughout and good coffee. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to return soon.

Pros: The room was clean. Breakfast staff was excellent. The waffle maker is a plus. Cons: Check-in night receptionist was rude, I felt like I was checking into a 1-star motel. I reserved for a room with a king size bed Room and ended up with a double bed. He saw me struggling upon check-in to get service, but didn't offer me the wifi until the next morning minutes before we left. Lastly, he was charging me almost double the amount that was due because he accidentally added breakfast for 4 people rather than only 2 people, then blamed it on a system error. Human errors happen, that would have been a better excuse. The next morning, he was still stationed at the desk and still just as unprofessional as the evening before. One might wonder why I didn't ask for the wifi and room change---it was 1 AM and speaking to this male receptionist was more stressful than sleeping in the tiny bed. I hope they train him and/or teach this man some professionalism.

It was a warm winters day - we checked in to our room which was very warm. I had my 6 month old son with me. We turned the air con on and went out for the day. When we got back the room was incredibly hot. We spoke to reception who sent someone up. They turned off the air con and said that it was changed to be a heater centrally, and that the temperature dial wouldn’t make a difference. We asked to change rooms they said no and to open a window and it would cool down in 15 minutes. It didn’t, it remained hot all night meaning my baby was waking up frequently during the night. If the heating is controlled centrally, they should have told us in check-in so we could have turned it off before we went out for the day. Also, the staff were not helpful and the shower completely flooded the bathroom
